Maureen Musselman Filo

Maureen Musselman Filo is a 2002 graduate of the University of Maryland where she double-majored in Logistics and Transportation and Marketing. While attending the University of Maryland, she was a varsity athlete and letter winner. She attended the University of North London in London, England for a semester studying International Business and Foreign Policies. |
She received her law degree and her Masters in Business Administration from the University of Baltimore in 2005. During law school, Maureen completed an internship with the Honorable Althea M. Handy of the Circuit Court for Baltimore City. While at the University of Baltimore, she was the President of the Student Bar Association, received the Dean’s Citation for Service, was inducted into Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society and was the 2005 University of Baltimore graduation speaker.
Upon graduation from law school, Maureen completed a year-long court clerkship with the Honorable G. Edward Dwyer of the Circuit Court for Frederick County.
Maureen’s primary focus is business law and civil litigation. Maureen is licensed to practice law in Maryland. She is a member of the Frederick County Bar Association, the Montgomery County Bar Association and the Maryland State Bar Association. Maureen remains active with the University of Maryland and sits on the M-Club Board of Directors.
