Lynn Caudle Boynton earned her B.A. from the University of Maryland in 1979 and her J.D. from the University of Baltimore in 1982. Ms. Boynton is a member of the Maryland and District of Columbia Bars. She is a lifelong resident of the Washington Metropolitan area.
Ms. Boynton has practiced locally since 1982, beginning with her clerkship to the Honorable John F. McAuliffe. Lynn was an associate for Conroy, Fitzgerald, Ballman & Ridgeway from 1983 to 1986 and Debelius, Clifford & Debelius from 1986 to 1992. Since 1992 Lynn has practiced law with Henry C. Clarke, Jr., having become an owner of Signature Settlement Services in 2001.
She has substantial experience in a broad range of commercial and residential real estate matters, as well as probate, estate planning and business entity formation. Lynn manages Olde Key Title, LLC, with Ethridge, Quinn McAuliffe Rowan & Hartinger serving as of counsel.
