Jeffrey R. Bloom

Jeffrey R. Bloom is a 2003 graduate of the University of Southern California, where he earned a B.A. in Political Science with an emphasis in Eastern European international relations. Following his graduation, he began his professional career as an antitrust and corporate paralegal.
Jeff received his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law in 2007. During law school, Jeff served as a law clerk to the Honorable Scott J. Silverman of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida. Jeff also clerked for a Miami firm specializing in appellate law following his second year of law school. Upon graduation, Jeff returned to his native State of Maryland and practiced at a plaintiff’s firm in Rockville, primarily in the areas of personal injury and civil litigation.
Jeff currently focuses his practice on personal injury and civil litigation generally. He is licensed to practice in the State of Maryland and his license in the District of Columbia is currently pending. Jeff also expects to seek admission to the United States District Court for the District of Maryland in the near future. Jeff is a member of the Montgomery County Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the Maryland State Bar Association.
